It is important to understand the dynamics of the rapidly shifting marketplace if you plan to develop content for tablets and mobile devices. Learn from an expert in educational publishing and software development how your startup can stand out in the growing digital marketplace.
You will learn about:
- the K-12 market for tablets and mobile apps
- issues to consider when determining what to build
- the challenges of building and selling mobile solutions to K-12 schools
This class will be highly interactive and limited to 30 students to ensure that you have ample time to interact with the instructor and your peers.

President, Pegeen Wright Associates
Pegeen Wright has over 20 years of experience in educational publishing and software development. Pegeen works with a talented team of associates with expertise in K–12 curriculum development, market research, engineering, and project management. She is an experienced strategic planner, software developer, and project manager who translates what’s new in emerging technologies, learning, and curriculum research into what works in the classroom and the marketplace. Pegeen received her BA in Psychology and Special Education from Rutgers University and her MA in Technology in Education from Columbia University. She has held management positions at Houghton Mifflin and Scholastic
