Description

If you've been eating our pork chops, sausge or any of our other pork products it's high time you became familiar with the process behind it. Join Mel and Adam as they demonstrate a full break down from whole hog to custom cut. Mel and Adam have broken down a "bajillion" hogs together and are more than ready to talk your ear off and show you where your food come from!

This class is intended to educate customers of the shop who cook at home, folks in the restaurant industry looking to hone their butchery skills, and newcomers learning and connecting to where their food comes from.

Ticket price includes snacks, a beer or two, and a pork chop, cut from the loin, right in front of ya!
