Neurodiversity
Come and find out about different neurodiverse conditions, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, ASD and ADHD and how they affect people at work. You will have the chance to experience the world the way some people with autism do, through the use of a virtual reality simulator and gain a better understanding of how to support neurodiverse colleagues. We will also explore the benefits that neurodiverse people can bring to their teams.

Plastic Pollution and the work of the Environment Agency
Discover how the Environment Agency is tackling the issue of plastic pollution. This session will explore opportunities for collaboration across departments. The team will also explore what can be done in your workplace, at home and in your local community to help reduce plastic pollution.
Liberating Structures
Tired of boring meetings? Would you like your events to be involving, focused and engaging? This session will demonstrate and teach methods that change how people interact and work together to produce much better results than conventional approaches. The methods are collectively called Liberating Structures that make it possible to immediately tap a group's creative intelligence and are designed so that anyone can quickly start using them.
