Description

On Wednesday, May 8, Civil Beat hosts Civil Cafe: Legislative Wrap-Up 2019. Chad Blair, Civil Beat's opinion and politics editor, will moderate a panel discussing what happened in the 2019 legislative session. You may submit your questions for the panelists ahead of time here.

This event takes place at the Hawaii State Capitol. So bring your lunch and join us at 415 South Beretania St. in room 329. We’ll provide complimentary coffee, water and some cookies for dessert.

The event will be recorded and highlights will be posted on our facebook page and civilbeat.org.

There are a limited number of metered parking stalls in the State Capitol underground parking garage (accessible via Miller Street off of Punchbowl Street). For maps and directions to the Capitol, please visit https://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/mapsdirectories.aspx.

This event is free and open to the public, but please reserve your seat in advance.
