City Theatre and Books & Books kick off a new season of City Reads on October 6th!
Join us for a free reading of four 10-minute plays that explore themes of activism, civic engagement, and politics.
Get involved! GO VOTE MIAMI will be on-site offering voter registration and related resources so more eligible citizens are “Election Ready”.
City Reads is a five-part play reading series presented in partnership with City Theatre and Books & Books. This program invites you to enjoy a selection of short plays and participate in a discussion about the works and issues presented to build community and spark conversation.
City Reads at Books & Books is presented to the public for free with the generous support of the City of Coral Gables and the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs.
