Event description

Description

On March 28th, 2019 The City on a Hill Foundation will host its 15th Annual Gala at the Boston Public Library to celebrate their students' success and impact on urban public education.

Twenty-four years ago, City on a Hill was founded by two teachers who fundamentally believed not just that all students can learn, but that all students must learn in order to address the social, economic and political inequities of our nation. Today, we uphold these ideals by providing our students with a high-quality education designed to tap into their deepest potential and prepare them to become active citizens, college-ready scholars, and high achievers prepared for life-long success after CoaH.

Thanks to our supporters, dedicated faculty, and leadership, our students are achieving success. But our work is not over. Permanent school spaces are still needed and as new students come in each year, our work to get them to and through college continues. We look forward to the next phase of City on a Hill and invite you to take part!

Join us at the historic Boston Public Library to celebrate our students' accomplishments in academics and citizenship. This year's gala will also be our opportunity, in turn, to recognize you and our other supporters for steadfastly ensuring that each of our student’s futures remains bright.
