About this event
We are well, We are whole, We are San Francisco. Expect inspiring keynotes, workshops on healing from various cultures and moving music provided by DJ D-Sharp, the official DJ of the Golden State Warriors. And we will celebrate the amazing contribution of frontline workers and practitioners who have weathered the stress and strains of the past 3 years. This event is produced and emceed by Blaze Consulting Group. If you take care of others, then this moment of self-care is for you.
Intended Audience: San Francisco Case Managers, Program Coordinators, Program Directors and Direct services providers working with Transitional Aged Young Adults
Special Note: The first 150 community providers will receive a wellness gift bag and the first 50 City staff who register will receive a lunch gift card
This training is co-sponsored by SFDPH’s Behavioral Health Services (BHS)-TAY System of Care (TAY SOC), Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), Adult Probation Department (APD), Human Services Agency (HSA), Office of Economic Workforce Development (OEWD), Juvenile Probation Department (JPD) and Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) as part of an ongoing collaboration between systems serving TAY.

Participation
This event is designed for grantees and Employees of the City of San Francisco. All workshops are developed with opportunities to cross collaborate, create, learn and share. Please be mindful of workshops being interactive through video, chat or audio responses. If you're unable to actively participate, please share this with our providers during the workshop. We strive for flexibility and understanding of the vast responsibilities you may hold, if you have additional questions about active participation please reach out to the facilitator.
