City of Roanoke 2023 Sponsorship Application

Sponsoring City of Roanoke events is not only a great way to partner with, and support, the 76262 community, but is also an excellent opportunity for marketing your business or organization. You can choose from many sponsorship opportunities and pay annually, or per event. Simply choose the events you would like to sponsor, and the level of sponsorship per event, upon check out. PLEASE NOTE: All sponsors must sign this sponsorship agreement in order to confirm their sponsorship.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

• All American Fireworks & Festival: July 3rd. Tribute to America, free family event, 10,000+ guests.
• Hometown Holiday: First Saturday in December. Community event, plenty of free family fun, small town charm,10,000+ guests.
• Roanoke Round Up: First Saturday in May. Live entertainment, foodie event in the unique dining capital, 15,000+ guests.
• Veterans Parade and Cook-Off: First Saturday in November. Tribute to America, foodie event in the unique dining capital, car show, 1,500+ guests.
• Breakfast with Santa: Second Saturday of December. Pure fun family event, family favorite, 300+ guests.
• Celebrate Roanoke: Second Saturday of October. Roanoke's signature event, tribute to history, 20,000+ guests.
• Eggapalooza: First Saturday in April. Pure fun family event, specialty egg hunt, family favorite, 1,000+ guests.
• Evenings on Oak Street: Bi-weekly April - June. Free concert series, 1,500+ guests.
• Farmers Market: 26 weeks of exposure, each Saturday from April - September. Foodie event in the unique dining capital, 6,000+ guests.

SPONSORSHIP ASSET BREAKDOWN

• $5000 SPONSORSHIP LEVEL (exclusive)

1. Predominantly positioned as the official sponsor.
2. No other company will be permitted to sponsor the event in the same capacity.
3. Authorized use of the City's marketing materials in your own advertising and promotion.
4. Distribution of all marketing materials in all City buildings and multiple city businesses.
5. Cross promotion by event partners.
6. Post event promotion.
7. BONUS: additional assets to be determined per event.
8. 10 x 10 Sponsor booth space.

By submitting this application to volunteer, you are agreeing to the following terms:

I agree to assume all risks of loss and injury which may arise out of participation. I hereby release and agree to indemnify the City of Roanoke, Texas, and their respective agents, officers, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, related to any loss or damage to my person or property whether anticipated or unanticipated. This release shall be binding on me, my heirs, successors, assigns, administrators and/or executors.
