City of Los Angeles is conducting G775/191 in a combined 3-day course. CSTI content on the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and Incident Command System (ICS) while introducing responders to the basics of how to work at the City of Los Angeles’s EOC.

EOC Management and Operations (G775): This course focuses on EOC management and operations with an emphasis on the City of Los Angeles. Content includes Multiagency Coordination System (MACS), EOC design, staffing, activating and deactivating the EOC.

Incident Command System/Emergency Operations Center Interface (G191): This course provides participants with an understanding of the ICS /EOC interface with an emphasis on the City of Los Angeles. Content includes an overview of ICS and MACS; activities to discuss, apply, and validate workshop concepts; the role of Department Operations Centers (DOCs); and ideas & processes for effective ICS and EOC interface.

EOC Position Credentialing Program: G775 & G191 are baseline course requirements for all EOC positions in the State of California, Office of Emergency Services, EOC Credentialing Program.
