City of Houston Full Scale Mass Dispensing Exercise-Area C

Description
Help Houston prepare for emergencies. We need volunteers to help us practice the distribution of large amounts of lifesaving medications to the public.
The City of Houston is one of 20 jurisdictions participating in this regional exercise.
On November 2nd, the City of Houston will set up 3 mass dispensing sites, one in each of the 3 service areas of the Houston Department of Health and Human Services.
Volunteer participants are needed to act as clients.
The first 50 participants at each site will receive a 3 day emergency preparedness kit.
Certificates of Participation will be offered for anyone wishing to document their involvement for community service hours.
When: Saturday November 2nd, 2013, 9am-12pm
Where: Westside High School, 14201 Briar Forest, Houston, TX 77077
This site is set-up to register volunteer client actors.
