Description

JANUARY 30, 2018 5:30 - 7:15 pm

The City of Boise is seeking the public's input regarding the future of water treatment and reuse in our community. Currently, the City of Boise is in the process of developing a long-range plan for how it treats the water the community uses each day. A crucial element of this planning process is gathering community feedback to ensure decisions made today reflect the true priorities of the community moving forward. Your participation in this two-hour focus group will kick off this important public feedback process.

Please note the following expectations and logistics for your participation in the focus group:

  1. During the focus group, you will be presented with information on water resources and use in the City of Boise, how we currently treat the water people use and opportunities to reuse this water in the future.
  2. You will be asked to provide active feedback throughout the discussion and fill out a feedback form.
  3. You do not need to have any prior knowledge of water treatment and reuse to participate.
  4. Focus groups will be two hours in length and you must be present for the whole session in order to be compensated.
  5. You will receive $50 in cash for your time after the focus group concludes on the night-of. A meal will be provided during the session.
  6. Free on-site parking will be available

If for any reason you are unable to attend once you have confirmed a time and date, please contact us at natalie@idahoatlas.com no later than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled focus group so we may fill your spot.

BY RSVP'ING TO THIS EVENT, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU ARE A BOISE RESIDENT AND THEREFORE QUALIFY TO ATTEND.
