Free Training Event
The City of Atlanta Mayor's Office of Resilience brings you this free training event. Drop in with your property’s data and questions to get technical help with your benchmarking submission for the Commercial Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance. The benchmarking submission deadline has been extended to August 23, 2018. If your property is due for an audit this year, summary audit reports must be submitted by December 31, 2018.
Please bring in your laptop to work off of, if you have one.

Notice of Obligation to Comply Calendar Year 2016 and 2017
Atlanta Commercial Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance – Ordinance 15-O-1101. All commercial buildings >25,000 ft2 located in the City of Atlanta are required to submit their energy and water consumption benchmarking data to the City. Additionally, covered buildings are required to obtain an energy audit every 10 years.

Exit at the Civic Center Station on the north/south MARTA line. Turn south toward downtown and walk to Ralph McGill Blvd. Turn east (left) on Ralph McGill Blvd, proceed three blocks. Turn north (left) on Piedmont Ave., proceed one long block. Turn east (right) on Pine St, go one-half block. Southface is on your right.
Exit at the Peachtree Center Station on the north/south MARTA line at the Baker St./Harris St. turnstiles. Proceed north on Peachtree St. away from downtown and walk to Ralph McGill Blvd. Turn east (right) on Ralph McGill Blvd, proceed two blocks. Turn north (left) on Piedmont Ave., proceed one long block. Turn east (right) on Pine St, go one-half block – Southface is on your right.
