Description
Following "Pulp Facts: Celebrating Citrus," join us for a citrus-themed dinner at the Napoleon House. Guest chefs Jeremy Lee of Quo Vadis, London, and Jeremiah Tower, subject of the new Netflix documentary The Last Magnificent, will join The Napoleon House's executive chef Chris Montero to create innovative and inspired dishes.

Welcome citrus cocktail and passed hors d’oeuvres in the courtyard
First Course—Chef Jeremy Lee, Quo Vadis, London
Three citrus-preserved fishes and accompanying salads
Second Course—Chef Chris Montero, Napoleon House
Citrus-scented Muscovy duck, Louisiana popcorn rice, candied kumquats, toasted pecans, and summer sage
Third Course—Chef Jeremiah Tower
Orange flower water and almond olive oil cake, satsuma curd syllabub, angelica syrup
