Enjoy the great citrus fruits available in abundance this time of year, and save some for later, too. We will be preserving a variety of citrus using boiling water bath/steam canning methods. You will take home recipes and jars of product prepared in class. All classes are geared to the beginning or returning canner interested in up-to-date and safe canning methods of food preservation.
