About this event

Calling all audiophiles, foodies, music lovers, and history nerds: Factory & studio tours are now running!

Citizen Vinyl is a communal space housing a record press facility, cafe, bar, recording studio, and analog art & record store – located in the historic Citizen Times building in downtown Asheville - an incredible specimen of the Art Moderne style whose grand civic space serves to celebrate the history of manufacturing & craft alongside the current state of music, food & beverage within our local community.

A very few walk-up spots are available for most public tours, but reservations are strongly recommended -- first come first served!

Gather at the Coda Shop Counter for your guide at the scheduled time, Tours will last ~45 minutes. Punctuality is appreciated: Late-comers may join in at any point before the group heads up to the recording studio, about 20 minutes in.

✨ Be advised that there is limited access [ stairs / elevator to the 3rd floor ] due to the nature of the historically preserved 1930's construction. Please email tours@CitizenVinyl.com ahead of time with any questions or concerns! ✨

Private tours are now available at this link.

*** We are monitoring the ongoing COVID variants and will follow protocols that keep our community and staff safe.
