Warm-Up (3-5 minutes)


Light cardio which includes jumping jacks, high knees to get the heart rate up. Dynamic stretches to target major muscle groups. Mobility exercises which includes ankle rolls & shoulder rolls to incr...

1:10 PM - 1:50 PM

Circuit training (40 minutes)


Brief demonstration of each station, explaining the correct form and the intended duration. Followed by circuits training with stations focusing on upper body, cardio, core & lower body.

1:50 PM - 1:55 PM

Cool-Down (3-5 minutes)


Light cardio to slow down the heart rate. Static stretching in order to stretch major muscle groups worked during the class (10-30 seconds per stretch).

1:55 PM - 2:00 PM

Closing & Feedback (5 minutes)

Where will the event take place?

Pure Gym, Dagenham. The fitness studio is located on the 2nd floor.

What is circuit training?

Circuit training is a workout whereby participants move through multiple exercise stations, performing different exercises at each one. Each station aims to target different muscle groups or fitness components, such as strength, cardio, and flexibility. It's an effective full-body workout!!

I'm new to fitness, can I attend?

Certainly, circuit training is suitable for all fitness levels ! Our circuits class is run by a supportive personal trainer with expert guidance for all fitness levels. The intensity can be adjusted in order to match your fitness level !

What should I bring?

Comfortable workout clothes and trainers, a water bottle, towel and positive energy !

What are the age requirements for this event?

16+

How many people are in a class?

Our circuit classes usually have 10-15 participants. This allows for motivation, guidance and personal attention from the instructor while maintaining the vibrant energy of a group workout.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, it’s recommended to book your spot in advance as spaces can fill up quickly.

What is the nearest train station?

We are located 10 mins walk from Dagenham Dock station. 15 minutes walk from Dagenham Heathway Station.

Is there free parking ?

Yes, parking is free.

What’s the cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 7 days before the class commences.
