Come add your positive energy to this weekly fitness class at Mountain Breeze Yoga, on Rt. 23 in Windham, NY. Challenge your strength and endurance as you progress through circuit style, full body exercises. Expect 55 minutes of mobility, strength, and mild-moderate conditioning, ending the session with 5 minutes of focused relaxation and recovery.

Every Thursday from 5:30-6:30pm
