Circle Practice: A Two Day Workshop

Are you interested in learning the simple, flexible and deeply meaningful practice of restorative circles? Circles foster a sense of community based on mutual respect with broad applications in many different contexts. This experiential workshop provides theory, tools and templates for circles that:
- Foster positive relationships between youth and adults and among peers
- Improve organizational climate
- Develop emotional awareness and communication skills
- Enhance accountability and problem solving
This workshop will prepare participants to plan, lead, and introduce circles within their own their own context – schools, youth serving organizations, universities, corrections, social services, families, workplaces, faith organizations and communities.
