Event description
A Transformational Hybrid Career Leadership Experience for First Generation and Culturally Diverse Students from All Across the Country!

About this event

The 2022 Circle of Change First Generation Student Hybrid Career Leadership Experience has been created by the Circle of Change Leadership Team to provide first generation and culturally diverse students with a career leadership experience that is specifically geared towards helping these incredible students position themselves for career leadership success after graduation.

With a lack of career readiness programs designed specifically for first generation students, the Circle of Change Leadership Team felt inspired and motivated to create a career leadership experience that provides first generation and culturally diverse students with a program that will help them attain career leadership success in college and beyond.

Over this three-day hybrid career leadership experience, first generation and culturally diverse students will not only hear from successful first-generation and culturally diverse professionals from top tier organizations who have thrived and succeeded after graduation, but more importantly, we will be providing specific programs that are designed to meet the needs of first-generation students and help them increase their leadership and career competencies in an engaging, fresh, and fun way.

The registration cost for each student who desires to attend the 2022 Circle of Change First Generation In-Person Career Leadership Experience will be $275.00 per student. There is an early bird rate of $250.00 that must be purchased by March 1, 2022 to attain this conference rate.

Registration includes access to all the events, customized leadership sessions with trained leadership coaches, a digital workbook, a board for the board breaking experience, lunch on Friday and Saturday, a special certificate, and access to the beach party that will take place on Sunday.
