The 2017 Circle City IN Pride Festival and Parade is an annual event held at Historic Military Park near the IUPUI Campus. In 2016 the Festival saw over 100,000 vistors. CCINP is one of Indiana's largest and diverse, one day festivals. We are excited to present another great year with featured acts on 4 stages, including a new family stage in a new and improved Family Zone. The Family zone will be a dedicated area for families with little ones that still want share in the pride activities and not be overrun by the big kids. Indy Pride, Inc., exists to unite the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ) community of Central Indiana through leadership development, educational and support programs, and community events that achieve inclusivity, equality, strong community connections, and awareness of LGBTQ issues.


Registration Dates?

Early Bird Special Pricing Registration Closes at Midnight on February 15th, 2017

Tier I Pricing Registration Closes at Midnight on March 15th, 2017

Tier II Pricing Registration Closes at Midnight on April 30th, 2017*

Late Registration Closes at Midnight on May 31st, 2017+

*Vendors registering after April 30th may not be included in the Pride Guide. They will be listed on park maps and the website. These vendors will also be assessed a $50 late fee.

+There will be no vendor registration after May 31st, 2017

Festival Date and Time:

The Festival is on Saturday, June 10th, 2017

Gates open at 12PM

We ask vendors to stay open until 9PM

Park Closes at 11PM

When is Sunset?

On June 10th sunset will occur at 9:12PM

How will we get into the park?

Each Vendor will receive 8 vendor badges for the day.

What do I get with my Vendor Registration?

With your basic package vendor registration you will receive a 10x10 space, a table, 2 chairs, and 8 vendor badges that will serve as your tickets for the event.

What if I need an extra table or chairs?

If you need more than what is offered in the basic vendor package you can add on various items. Items like extra tables, extra chairs, electricity for your booth... etc.

REFUND POLICY / CANCELLATION / NO SHOWS: A 75% refund will be given with a written request received by March 31st, 2017. A 50% refund will be given with a written request received by April 30th, 2017 if the space can be filled from an approved waiting list. No refunds will be given for any request received after April 30th, 2017. Vendors understand that Indy Pride, Inc. has no control over weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or government intervention or any other cause that may prevent and alter and or interrupt the Festival, and participants shall hold Indy Pride, Inc. harmless for any losses that could arise because of such event. Indy pride, Inc. does not refund fees due to weather.
