An Immersive Cocktail Event

Join us for a night of libations, good fun, and murder mystery. You'll have such an amazing time that you will never forget. We will gather at The Jury Room, a local speakeasy where the most devious of characters go to spread the juiciest of the town's gossip. This night will be filled with mystery, deceit, and murder. Who will the killer be? That is up to you to figure out, or at least who to pin it on before the police arrive.

Ages 21 and up only.

We must inform our venue of the final headcount by 2 PM the day before the event. Don't wait last minute to get your tickets and make your reservation. We will not take any more reservations after 2 PM 5/3/23.

Is this a Murder Mystery Dinner?

No, this is a cocktails-only event. With it only being a 2-hour event there is no meal planned as the mystery will take the entire time. We encourage you to grab a meal prior to the event at the nearby Dempsy's Food & Spirits. Grab a bite to eat then walk on over to our event at Dempsy's Jury Room.

You are the game pieces in this real-life game of Clue. This entertaining night makes for one of the best Columbus mystery dinner events around. Join us at The Jury Room for this mystery and an amazing array of cocktails.

What to expect?

Don't expect mystery dinner theater. This is a social game where participants attending the mystery dinner will work together to solve a murder. You will work as a team, collecting points by solving clues, bribing your way to success, and correctly solving all crimes and mysteries. Along the way, you may also experience some hidden mystery games. Bring your friends, your family, heck, bring your worst enemy, and become friends again by the end of the night. We are sure you will have the most fun you have had in a while. We hope we will even become a traditional event for you to attend.

All seating is first come first serve. There may not be enough seating for all participants. This is a stand up and mingle event anyway. We do not do assigned seating. We suggest arriving early to ensure you can sit together with your group if you wish to have seats.

Story Synopsis

Cinco de mayo is about celebrating the victory over French forces in 1862. Today, we honor it all over the world. The town of Alegría however celebrates the best.

Every year the town pulls off the greatest parade that many dream of attending every year. With extravagant colors, beautiful traditional attire, and exiting firework shows, many look forward to this annual event!

This year our new mayor of “La Cuidad de las Alegría”(The Town of Joy) or Alegría Cuidad (Joy Town). The town is growing more and more nervous about the event, however. Many don’t think the mayor is capable of pulling off a good event on their own.

Nonetheless, everyone is excited for this years Cinco de Mayo parade! There will be a little something for everyone to enjoy! You do not want to miss it.
