- Queso Fundida with Mexican chorizo and tortilla chips
- Chicken torilla soup topped with charred corn, cilantro tomatoes, avocado and fried tortilla strips
- Puffy chicken tacos with pico de gallo, sour cream and queso fresco
- Beef enchilada casserole made with flour tortillas and topped with cheese
- Mexican chopped salad with tomatoes, scallions, black beans, peppers & cheese
- Fried sopapillas and Mexi-mocha coffee
- BYOB (We will be making virgin margaritas)
Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
*If class is cancelled due insufficient registration, you may switch to another class or receive a full refund. Classes with less than 12 people will be cancelled.
