Description

In 1862 the Mexican Army enjoyed victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla. To this day, it is celebrated with delicious Mexican favorites and Tequila. We do the cooking, you do the celebrating. You’ll go home with the recipes and the memories, so join us for a celebratory 3-course dinner featuring:

~ Street Taco Trio: Al Pastor, Baja Shrimp & Pollo Feliz
~ Berkshire Pork with Mole Verde, Spanish Rice and Savory Black Beans
~ Mexican Vanilla and Caramel Flan

Doors open at 5pm, dinner starts at 5:30pm.

Seats are limited at the price of $75 per person, and must be reserved in advance. A variety of liquors will be paired with the dinner to guests 21 and over. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided.

Get to know Chef Cheryl Schaefer, one of Salt Lake City's favorite instructors. Cheryl holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Management. After graduating culinary school she returned to her hometown in New Hampshire to open a 75-seat café serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Upon returning to Utah, Chef Cheryl taught cooking classes at Harmons Grocery prior to coming to Park City Culinary Institute. Chef Cheryl is well traveled and specializes in American Regional cuisine.
