Learn from a professional cider maker and gain valuable knowledge about the entire process from apple to glass. This course consists of two sessions, held in January (if the dates mentioned don't work for you - drop us a message and we might be able to be flexible).

• Detailed advice on cider making from pressing to fermentation to packaging
• A tour of the Cidery and equipment used in a professional setting
• Extensive tasting session of various ciders and examples of different styles
• Bottles or cans of your own cider blend to take away
