For those looking to take their beer education to the next level, becoming a Certified Cicerone® is a worthwhile commitment. Through six courses, you’ll be guided through the process of personal study required to pass Level Two, which has a 40% pass rate for first time test takers. Each class meeting will focus on a different aspect of the exam.
Classes are $10 -- includes instruction, tastings if applicable or one Upstate house beer ticket. Only 30 seats available per class.

Class 2 - History of Beer & Styles - Mar 1
Class 3 - Beer Flavor and Evaluation - April 5
*Class 3 includes an "Off-Flavor" kit and limited to 15 seats
Class 4 - Beer and Food Pairing - May 3
Class 5 - Draft Systems, Retail, & Storage - June 7
Class 6 - General Review with Q&A - July 12
