The Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy and Career and Talent Development Department, welcomes the CIA to Florida International University. Representatives will discuss career opportunities available at the world’s premier intelligence agency, during a special two-hour event.

Learn about the CIA’s mission to preempt threats and further US national security objectives by collecting intelligence that matters, producing objective all-source analysis, conducting effective covert action as directed by the President, and safeguarding the secrets that help keep our nation safe. This information session is open to all FIU students from every academic background.

The Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy (JGI) was founded in 1985 to offer students, faculty and the community alternative learning opportunities in public policy and citizenship development. As an Intelligence Community Center for Academic Excellence (IC-CAE), JGI has been able to enhance the academic experience through speakers, colloquia, seminars, library resources, faculty support, student scholarships and assistance with obtaining internships and employment opportunities.
