Mass Details

Who May Apply?

1. Registration is open to regular Cathedral of the Holy Spirit Mass attendees only.
2. Parishioners who are 13 years old and above.
3. The mass is for Catholic only and Non-Muslim only.
4. If you are volunteering on this day at mass, please register with your leader and is not required to register in Eventbrite.

Who Cannot Attend?

1. Children aged below 13 are not permitted to attend any of the masses.
2. Those who are unwell or have symptoms/infections such as cough, fever or flu.
3. Those who are ordered to undergo 14-day home quarantine.
4. We encourage everyone to attend mass on alternate Sundays to enable as many as possible to receive the Holy Eucharist.

Registration Details

1. There are only limited seats available for Mass.
2. Registration will be open on Monday, 31st August 2020 - 08:00AM.
3. Registration will be closed by Thursday, 3rd September 2020 – 5:00PM.
4. Registration will automatically close when the maximum number allocated is reached.

Post Registration

1. After the online registration procedure, a confirmation email from Eventbrite will be sent to your registered email (Please check your Spam/Junk Mail Folder).

Check-In Details & Procedure

1. Please arrive early to facilitate the verification process. Gate closes at 8:45am
2. Check-In Counters will be opened at 7:30AM for 9.00AM mass.
3. Check-In Counters will be closed by 8:45AM for 9.00AM mass.
4. Please download the MySejahtera App before you come to church. Get these Apps from Google Play Store (Android) / Apple App Store (iOS).

Procedure

1. Please maintain social distancing of at least 1 meter at all times especially while lining up or asking for assistance from any individual.
2. Please drive in through the gate next to the parish office.
3. There will be temperature screening as you enter the parish premise.
4. After parking your car, kindly queue at the registration lanes.
5. Scan the QR Code premise poster with your smartphone and show your confirmation receipt to one of the attendants at the Registration Counters.

Ticket Cancellation & Management

1. If you are unable to attend after registering, please cancel your ticket by emailing us at chsregister@gmail.com ASAP so that we can allocate your seat to someone else. Please be considerate as seats are limited.
2. If you have successfully registered but have not received confirmation email from Eventbrite, please email us at chsregister@gmail.com with your contact details.
