Organist Christopher Moore gives a recital with Cambridge connections on All Saints' Church original organ.
About this event
The second in our October Fest series of concerts gives a rare chance to hear the 1864 Forster & Andrews organ of All Saints' Church. Christopher Moore performs works by Cambridge-educated composers Thomas Walmisley and Sir Charles Villiers Stanford, as well as Elgar (awarded an honorary doctorate by the University), Mendelssohn and Parry.
Please note, advance ticket sales only. Doors open at 12:45pm, performance starts at 1:15pm, and the recital will last approx. 45 minutes. There are no toilet facilities at this venue.
We will only be using about a third of the seating capacity in All Saints’. We would encourage you to wear a mask/face shield when inside the church.
