Christmas in Vero invites you to apply to participate at the 2016 Christmas in Vero to be held December 9, 2016. We hope you can join us for the 2016 event. This event will feature live entertainment, Santa and friends, arts and crafts merchandise, a wide assortment of food and beverages and a showing of It’s a Wonderful Life. Christmas in Vero is an event you will not want to miss!
Exhibitor opportunities are available for December 9, 2016. The following info will provide exhibitor rates, rules, responsibilities, and contact information. Deadlines are extremely important and must be adhered to. The Christmas in Vero Committee encourages applicants to apply as soon as possible to secure your exhibitor’s space(s), as space is limited.
Exhibitor Opportunities-‐ Space is limited and exhibitors will be selected subject to approval granted by the Christmas in Vero Committee. All applicants will be reviewed for product quality, product type, booth appearance and compliance as determined by Christmas in Vero Committee. Exhibitors will be carefully selected at the sole discretion of Christmas in Vero committee. Applications will be selected now through December 8th, 2016. Upon exhibitor’s acceptance, all applicants shall make Payment in full to reserve a spot. Fees will not be refunded if the Christmas in Vero is cancelled due to inclement weather, Acts of god, or any other circumstances deemed necessary by the Christmas in Vero Committee. Exhibitors’ spaces will include trash removal when properly discarded into secured and fully closed garbage bags. All vendors shall patrol their booth area(s) for cleanliness. NO ROAMING. Upon approval notification by the Christmas in Vero Committee, all Packed food exhibitors are required to obtain and provide proof of liability insurance and resale tax licenses/permits. It is not the responsibility of Christmas in Vero to collect sales tax for any vendor. Required documents must be provided to the Christmas in Vero Committee, one week prior to the event.
