Joyeux Noel! Christmas Day has never tasted so good. Come and learn from the Masters. They will share their favorite recipes of Beef Wellington and Buche de Noel. It will be a fun, festive event with Caroling and French Christmas Music.

Jean-Louis Gerin is a Maitre Cuisinier de France, Chopped Champion and a member of the Academie Culinaire de France. He is an honorary board member of the Alliance Francaise of Greenwich.
Philippe Feret He is Maitre Artisan. He was trained by and worked with by his father Maurice Feret in boulangerie and pastry in Paris. He later moved to NYC and worked at Tavern on the Green, Windows on the World and Le Maurice before opening his on Brasserie Julien. He later moved to Hilton Head and opened Hilton Head Social Bakery where he became #1 bakery within 3 years.
We are honored that Maurice Feret will be joining us too from Paris for this cooking class.
We will end with some French caroling for a festive, fun event.
