What's the cancellation/refund policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event program, please contact Sarah Dery at 508-746-1622, ext. 8359 as soon as possible, within the following time frames:
At least two weeks withdrawal event notice is required for a full refund.
Credit towards a future event for notice given 3-13 days before scheduled event date
No refund or credit will be received when given less than 72 hours notice for cancellation or reschedule.
We reserve the right to cancel an event (low enrollment, inclement weather, etc.) with at least 72-hour advance notification and you will receive a refund for your ticket price.
When can I arrive?
You are able to arrive any time during the timeframe listed for the event (Saturday 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m.). We will sell our last tickets 45 minutes prior to our end time.
What activities are going on?
Your group will participate in the holiday traditions that take place at Plimoth Grist Mill during December. Some activities will include creating a millstone ornament, decorating a ginerbread man, creating a Holiday card, and making a beeswax candle; don't forget to sample our warm apple cider and cornmeal cookies.
What ages is Light in the Darkness for?
