PLEASE READ OUR GUIDANCE, TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW:

(By proceeding with your booking, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions)

When booking
Please select the relevant ticket combination when booking. For Health & Safety reasons, if you are bringing children, you can bring a maximum of two children per adult, so we have set up the ticketing to make it easy to book this way.

Supervision of children

This is a family service. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult, who remains responsible for their supervision at all times. Unaccompanied children will not be admitted.

Candles and fire safety

The service will involve the use of Christingle candles. We will follow church guidance on candle and fire safety, including limiting the time candles are lit, using trained stewards, and providing fire-fighting equipment and clear exit routes. Parents and carers are responsible for their children at all times and must ensure children follow the instructions given during the service and handle candles safely.

Health, safety and access

We will carry out a written health and fire-safety risk assessment for the service in line with national guidance for places of worship. If you or your child have additional needs or mobility requirements, please let a steward know on arrival so we can help you find a suitable seat and exit route.

Accessibility

The church has a portable ramp for wheelchair and pushchair access. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let a steward know when you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Photography and social media

We ask that no close-up photos of children other than your own are shared online. Any official photography by the church will only be used in line with our safeguarding and data-protection policies, and we will not publish any photos with faces of children.

Safeguarding

The church follows the Church of England’s safeguarding policy “Promoting a Safer Church”. All leaders and stewards have been safely recruited and briefed for this event. If you have any concerns during or after the service, please speak to the Safeguarding Officer or a churchwarden.

Data privacy

By booking a ticket, you consent to us using your details solely for managing attendance, ensuring health and safety, and contacting you about this service if needed. We will not use your information for any other purpose. Eventbrite processes your booking information under its own privacy policy. For more information about how the church handles personal data, please see our Privacy Notice (available on request).

Arrival and capacity

This is a popular service and seating is limited. Booking is advised to avoid disappointment. Please arrive in good time.

Ticket cancellations

If you can no longer attend, please cancel your tickets so we can release them to others.
