Chris Koch was born in Lethbridge, Alberta and raised in a small farming and ranching community in Nanton, Alberta. Chris was born with no arms and legs, yet despite the challenges he faces in life he chooses to take life in stride and make the best of every situation he is presented with. He has taken his story public and works to spread his message of, "If I Can..." He has not let limitations and obstacles stand in the way of achieving his goals and he uses his message to inspire others to do the same. He says, "If I can do the things I have done so far in my life, what is stopping anyone else from doing the same."
