Featuring cutting edge kosher cuisine with a “Chopped” style competition with celebrity chefs and judges. To benefit the needy at Masbia, as reported in The New York Times.
Join Chef Bryan Gryka from Milt’s in Chicago, Chef Asas Hadad from Fuego in Miami, and Multiple BBQ Champion, Mendal Segal from Kansas City as they compete to help Masbia ‘Chop Hunger.” Our expert panel of judges, Chef Katsuji Tanabe from Mexikosher, Chef Mike Gershkovich from Mike’s Bistro, and Chef Jordana Hirschal from The Blue Ladle will determine our winner(s). Chef Avi Levy will be the emcee.
Buffet dinner that will include various tapas tables prepared by Masbia's Chef Ruben Diaz. Wine by Herzog Wine Cellars and Special Imported Tomato Tasting Table featuring a variety of tomato breeds flown in from Farmer Lee Jones of Ohio, expertly prepared by Jordana Hircshal from The Blue Ladle.
