In response to participants request we are offering a 2nd round of this on-line series.

I am so grateful for the calls we have shared this spring: they really supported my learning of this most precious process that can truly make life more wonderful. For me, Aya has integrated NVC very deeply and has a very special ability to live it and teach it. And it really helps to have such an earnest and dedicated group with whom I can learn and practice."
Karen Winchester

The best teachers are those who exemplify the principals they are teaching. With every word and action, Aya Caspi embodies what it means to communicate nonviolently. Aya does not simply teach a formulaic series of questions and responses, but offers motivating and empowering insights into how to be fully present with oneself and others that ultimately serves to cultivate authentic compassion and love during even the most challenging interpersonal conflicts."
Nora Heiber

Aya led my first course in Nonviolent Communication, 'Choosing Nonviolence.' I am so grateful that she provided my introduction to NVC -- because her empathy and depth of experience informed every part of the course. Working with her, I quickly realized that NVC was more of a journey than an acquired skill. Aya is a wonderful guide with whom to start your NVC journey."
Martha Ferguson

Do you dream of having everything you do and say align with and reflect your love and passion for a nonviolent peaceful world?

Do you long to speak your uncompromised truth in an inoffensive manner that will influence and inspire others?

Do you want to love fearlessly even when what other people say and do frighten you?

Do you long to step more and more fully into your power to affect your own experience of life, and the life around you?

And do you want to do all this held by a community of people who share the same passion and vision?

Sessions take place using Zoom, a video conferencing app. Participants can connect by webcam or by phone. There's no additional cost for the app. Those using phone will need to dial a domestic long distance number. Sessions will be recorded and made available to each registered participant for a limited amount of time. If a participant is uncomfortable with a particular segment being recorded, by request, recording for that particular segment will be suspended.

What can you expect?

We will learn how to gracefully implement NVC principles to daily challenges ever closing the gap between our inner truth and what we say and do. Gently supporting each other, we will stretch, as far as we can, to find our own authentic nonviolent responses in word and action.

Each call will be dedicated to exploring one topic, and using live situations for the implementation of Nonviolent principles and practices related to the topic.

Sample of the topics:

1. Dialogue and Collaboration - Overcoming separation and scarcity, shifting to holding the whole.

2. Choosing Interdependence - transforming the cultural legacy of 'self-sufficiency'.

3. Shifting to using our power in a way that includes everyone impacted.

4. Requests - asking for what we want while letting go of attachment.

5. Empathy - the heart and practice of compassionate living.

6. Cultivating choice and Inner freedom.

Most of us are hungry for skills that can improve the quality of our relationships, increase our contribution and deepen our sense of personal empowerment. Unfortunately, however, most of us have been educated from birth to compete, judge, demand and diagnose... and to communicate in ways that creates distrust and alienation, rather than connection.

At best, these habitual ways hinder communication and create misunderstanding and frustration. At worse, they cause anger and pain, and may lead to physical or emotional violence.

Nonviolent Communication - also known as "NVC" or "Compassionate Communication" -- helps us avoid unnecessary suffering and contributes to peace by helping people connect across differences in gender, age, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, and religious and political beliefs.

The tools you will discover can be applied at work, at home and in your community in intimate or professional relationships; and any time you want to be a catalyst for change in your world. This work will improve the quality of your relationships, increase your contribution in the world, and deepen your inner peace.

Do not miss this safe and accessible opportunity to discover and practice these life-changing skills in a supportive community of like-minded people!

Aya Caspi, CNVC Certified Trainer

Oregon House, CA

Aya Caspi has dedicated herself to applying radical, uncompromising nonviolence in every small detail of life, starting with the ongoing laboratory of her family, including her three children. She continually grapples with the joys and challenges of being raised in Israel and finds deep meaning and hope in applying NVC to the context of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and its effect on the regional community. She works with individuals, couples, families and groups, responding to their issues and challenges with a depth of empathic understanding that is likely to take your breath away.

Aya has brought her unique blend of vision, practical clarity, utter innocence, and deep commitment to transformation to settings as varied as BayNVC Leadership program (http://www.baynvclp.org), family and business coaching and mediation, couple counseling and promoting Israeli-Palestinian dialogue.

"Aya's ability to listen, hear, all rooted in presence and deep attention, set a new bar for me as to how we humans could aspire to interact, not only to (re)solve conflicts, but on a day to day basis. A new vision of "conscious relating" was midwifed into existence by Aya.

There are mirrors that reflect your image better than your own sight could perceive it, if you could stand beside yourself and watch - especially if the heart is cloudy.

Aya is such a mirror, which remains an inspiration and a model for me. I am grateful that her soul dwells in this same age as I happen to be visiting here." - Andrei, CA
