Welcome to the Choose Life & Be Free Eating Program. This faith-based course is designed to help you Choose Life and be healthy, fit, and free!

Many people desire to live an abundant life. Our habits are an excellent indicator of the thoughts that govern our lives. Do our thoughts lead us to live life to the fullest or…something less? Designed to not only teach, but also equip you with the resources to make Choose Life decisions, this program will positively impact your nutrition, weight, and body. Stop counting calories! Stop dieting now! These methods for weight loss are a billion-dollar-a-year industry. Why is that? It’s because those “diet and weight loss” programs cause us to focus MORE on food and less on healthy living choices. It creates a vicious cycle of shame and regret which is why so many people bounce around from diet to diet without permanent results. This program will teach you how to stop dieting, turn your focus away from food, and help you lose weight permanently! This is a 'way of life' program that will help you break free from costly fad diets and allow you to receive the freedom Christ wants you to enjoy.

The Choose Life & Be Free Eating Program is a 40-Day multi-media program that includes a short video clip, podcast, and new Bible verse to apply each day. Prepare for the daily assignment and keep track of your progress with the Choose Life & Be Free Eating Program workbook. Building on the foundation from the previous day, this course is strategically designed to help you get off and running by implementing one Choose Life decision after another. As you gain momentum, you will start to enjoy the life you were designed to experience!

In the Choose Life & Be Free Eating Program, you will relearn, or learn for the first time, how to approach food in a healthy way by seeing food simply as fuel. You’ll begin to realign your thoughts and beliefs about food, and shift your focus to connect to God and His Word each day (for 40 days). Once you make the shift, amazing results -- both internally (how you think, process, and choose) and externally (in words, actions, and behavior) will be apparent. This simple Choose Life perspective allows you to desire less food (portion control), understand when your body is functioning off stored fuel (fat), and when you’re in need of additional fuel (food).

There is no emphasis on caloric content. No eating according to a prescribed grocery list. No food pyramid. Instead, we'll address the root problem of being overweight, redirect our focus to the Truth (scripture), and integrate God's powerful Word into our hearts and minds as it takes root and produces results (bears fruit).

You may feel unsure about embarking on this 'different' journey. I want to encourage you to relax and know you are not alone. I will lead you and support you throughout our time together. Kristen Marie is the Founder and Creator of the Choose Life & Be Free Eating Program. She has been in the Health & Wellness Industry for over 20 years, helping individuals of all ages and sizes Choose Life! It is her joy and passion to help and encourage others to Choose Life and become healthy, fit, and free in all areas of their lives! She has learned that those who allow God's Word to take root in their lives (those that believe in scripture and apply God's powerful truth) are those that live a life of abundance and rest, thus experiencing more Life and Freedom!
