About this Event

Join us for our next Women's Empowerment workshop series featuring Tracye "TBuzz" Busbee and her business partner Stone on Saturday, March 7th at our Community Teaching Kitchen located at 125 Ellis Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30303 in the heart of downtown Atlanta.

Our goals with these Women's Empowerment Workshop Series is to:

  • Share information which will encourage women to become more confident and practice self-care.
  • Provide a supportive space where women can share personal and professional successes.
  • Educate women who may not feel comfortable participating in our traditional family-based programs.

ABOUT TRACYE "TBUZZ" BUSBEE

Tracye owns Acutely Aware Firearms Instruction, LLC and holdsInstructor Certifications through the Unites States Concealed CarryAssociation (USCCA) and the National Rifle Association (NRA) to include, but not limited to,Basic Pistol, Range Safety Officer, Refuse To Be A Victim and Women’s Self-Defense.

She is a graduate of the Citizens Police Academy and volunteers her time as a Chapter Leader for The Well Armed Woman in Georgia. She focuses her training on responsible firearm safety fundamentals and ownership. TBuzz emphasizes the importance of situational awareness and being your own capable first responder.

As an Independent Damsel Pro with Damsel InDefense, she works to equip, empower and educate others about non-lethal approaches to personal safety and, through this company’s impactful mission, works to help rescue girls from sex trafficking. TBuzz is the host of a weekly radio show entitled, “Let’s Talk About It” for JPRG Radio in Atlanta, GA, where she and her co-host discuss topics such as personal safety, situational awareness and personal protection. They also interview representatives from around the country who are making a difference in their communities and beyond.
