Summer days will be flying by quickly...
Seasons will be changing….and maybe you are considering a change as well? Want to make changes about yourself and your health, but don’t know where to start? There are many choices, but you have to start somewhere! Come to my 6 week, 4-part course series to learn about some options related to integrative & functional nutrition and healing you, as an individual. Individuals interested in doing the LEAP MRT program, sign up now!
Class Session #1 (Wed. Sept 7th, 2016):
What choices you can make: Would I benefit from the LEAP MRT food sensitivity test and nutrition protocol? Could I have nutrient deficiencies, which could be identified with micronutrient deficiency testing? Should I use vitamins/supplements? What foods should I eat more or less of? Should I eliminate any foods from my diet? Is my gut health really that important? If so, how do I heal it?
How to decide which options are best for you: We’ll talk through how to decide if you should start with basic nutrition or lifestyle changes or whether a more individualized route is needed (and what tests can help, how much these routes cost, etc).
Starting the process of change: You want to get some of these functional nutrition tests drawn? We’ll get that ball rolling so that you’ll be ready for the next class session, results in hand! Planning to start with some gradual changes first, before doing any testing? We can plan for that as well!
Before class #2, you are encouraged to have a one-on-one mini-session with Courtney to get a jump start on your nutrition plan in an individualized format. Plan to schedule this anytime on Wed Sept 28th, via phone or face-to-face.
At the following 3 class sessions, we will dive into specific plans, which will be individualized based on your test results and/or your personal preferences & lifestyle:
Class Session #2 (Wed. Oct 5th, 2016):
Results session, guided elimination diet protocol, meal planning & prep. (You will have approx. 1-2 weeks to prepare and get started with your nutrition plan, then 2 more weeks to be on your nutrition plan before the next class…results should be seen by then!) Basic tips & food prep ideas will be shown! Meal plan & recipes can be provided as well.
Class Session #3 (Wed. Oct 19th, 2016):
Follow-Up and diet progression session. Monitor progress, share ideas and support with the group, add variety into your nutrition plan!
Class Session #4 (Wed. Nov 16th, 2016):
Follow-Up, rotation diet progression, & supplementation session. More variety is added in your plan, along with supplements (if needed). Continue to monitor progress and give & receive support within the group!

- The Course series is from 5:30-7:30 pm, on the dates listed above, in the Fertility & Midwifery Care Center Conference Room.
- Seats are limited to the first 12 people that sign up. If you enjoy the 1st class and want to continue the full 4-part course series, please plan to attend all classes (you’ll miss a lot if you don’t!)
- Cost for each class is $40/person , or $160 for the 4 part course series (a discount of 40% off, as compared to 4 sessions done in a one-on-one session format). The 1-on-1 session is $30, so the total cost for the series is $190
