Choba Choba is a true revolutioniser in the chocolate industry with its unique business model and approach to chocolate production.
Cocoa farmers from Peru co-own the company, which is based in Bern. The company uses agroforestry cacao beans, organic cacao butter and organic raw cane sugar – nothing else. The chocolate recipe is mastered by the best Swiss chocolate maker Max Felchlin.
GreenBuzz partners up with Choba Choba to give you – Buzzers – insights into the production and to taste the Choba Choba revolutionary chocolate.
Join us on 30 November to meet the Choba Choba farmers from Peru and taste their chocolate in the Choba Choba Chocolate Revolution. They will share their knowledge and techniques; you will literally taste through the different stages of chocolate production (non- and fermented cacao beans, cocoa powder, chocolate etc.).
At the same time, we will visit the accompanying picture and photo exhibition brought by different Swiss artists.
