Take your chocolate obsession to the next level - learn to make your own!! Whether you turn them into an impressive gift or keep them all to yourself - mum's the word! ;)
We'll demonstrate how to temper couverture chocolate (the high-end stuff). See how ganache, the base used to make chocolate truffles, is made, then practice scooping and rolling ready truffle mix in a variety of toppings. Make several other goodies, including toffee, chocolate turtles and peppermint bark. Take all your creations home to dazzel you family and friends...or not. We won't tell if you don't share
