Event Information
Description
Student Teams will learn how to make a rich and creamy chocoalte mousse and silky smooth truffles. Other topics covered are what tempering is and how it works, how chocolate is grown, harvested and processed and what the various percentages of choclate mean and more. Each student will take home a packet of recipes and any treats not enjoyed in class. Suitable for people 12 and older. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Aprons and towels will be provided. Class minimum is 5 students and maximum is 10. Please email with any questions.
