FAQs
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Please email us at info@cccsf.us.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, a digital ticket or ID will be fine.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, just please notify the person you are transferring the ticket to that at registration we will need to take their name and contact information down (email and phone number)
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We strongly suggest attendees take public transporation or plan on arriving early in Chinatown as parking is limited and some streets may close early for parade routes (see www.chineseparade.com for street closures). If you do wish to drive, parking is available at the Portsmouth Square Parking Garage on Kearny or the Golden Gateway Garage on Clay Street. There is a shuttle that runs from the Golden Gateway Garage to Chinatown until 10pm and CCC validates parking for $3 on the weekend for exits before 10pm.
What should I wear?
Feel free to come dressed in your best festive New Year attire! And wear layers since it can get a little chilly in February.
