Celebrate the Chinese New Year with Dorothy of Chop, WOK & Talk! Dorothy studied Chinese cooking with Anna Koa, a restauranteur in Fox Chapel. This three and a half hour class will focus on Asian cooking techniques, Asian ingredients and knife skills.
Hot & sour soup with pork
Fried crab rangoons with a blackberry ginger sauce
Steamed chicken dumplings with a lime cilantro sauce
Kung Poa pork with red & green peppers, baby corn, water chestnuts and peanuts in a hot & spicy sauce
Shrimp stir fry with mango, red peppers, onions & snow peas in a sweet and slightly spicy sauce
Vegetable fried rice
Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early with a pen and a huge appetite!
Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
