Confucius Institute for Business (CIB) at SUNY invites you to "China's Giant Leap to Tech Innovations that Can Rock the World", a presentation by Rebecca A.Fannin.

Ms. Fannin tracks the progress of China's leading entrepreneurs and venture capitalists in a whole new era of high-impact investments and innovations. It has been a mere decade since China's tech scene developed but already it is setting trends for financing and development of next-generation technologies in China from WeChat to AI to VR to the sharing economy. Going global is the next stage.

Ms. Fannin is an editor, author and expert on global innovation and investment trends. She is the founder of Silicon Dragon, a news, events and research group focused on venture capital, entrepreneurship and technology in leading innovation hubs internationally. An author of three books (Silicon Dragon, Startup Asia and Innovation in Emerging Markets) and a writer with Forbes.com since 2010, Rebecca also contributes to Forbes special reports, writes for CNBC.com, and pens thought leadership reports.
