For those who are actively using Chinese digital platforms but looking to upskill their knowledge and keep on top of the latest trends on key platforms. During this workshop we will look at the Chinese consumer journey, highlighting key areas where brands often fail to fully-leverage their social channels. We will also explore what brands can add to their channel strategy to increase engagement, retainment and conversion.


Workshop places will be on a first come first serve basis, limited to 2 members of staff per company and only to companies with an active presence within the Chinese digital landscape.
