Free Children’s Performance Series
Our Free Children’s Performance Series happen every Monday morning. Show times are 10 AM until 11 AM at the Madrid Theatre in Canoga Park. Recommended for children between 5 and 11 years old.
Be sure to make reservations for the Children’s Performance Series by emailing madrid.booking@lacity.org. Or call and leave your first and last name, number of people (including adults), and your email address. Reservations are required for groups of 15 or more.
Since 1997, Children’s Performance Series has placed professional, world-class musicians, dancers, and actors in an intimate educational setting with children, ages five through eleven. Children’s Performance Series consist of a performance, a brief history lesson on the musical and cultural style being presented, and a question and answer session with the performers. Often children are invited on stage to be part of the experience.
