What is your passion?

I love what I do. I feel blessed each and every day that I have the opportunity to connect with people on the most human level. I enjoy the challenge of working with people and supporting the process of discovering strengths and different perspectives of viewing this journey we all travel. I am direct, honest, and transparent. I thrive on being an agent of change and advocating for individuals and families ready to start the change process. My practice fundamentals come from multiple theory bases including Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Solution-Focused, Systemic, Parent Education, and Humanistic. I include mindfulness training and interventions into all theory-based practices.
