Soups & Stews
As the fall starts to feel a bit more like winter, it seems appropriate to find the ladle, prep the cutting board and get to work on some tasty soups and hardy stews. Chef Steve will guide the young chefs through the reasons that certain ingredients blend well together as they prep the ingredients. (Children will be cutting in this class and will be lead through safety procedures prior to operating with any sharp objects)
Kid Friendly knives will be used.
