This class will encourage children to use their imagination to create their own scenes and characters. Acting classes help children to build confidence, improve communication skills, and cultivate self-expression.

In this class we will start with a physical warmup, followed by improvised acting exercises to get our creativity flowing, and then create our own scenes! Each student will have the opportunity to perform solo and with the group.

The last Saturday of each month I will be offering a 45 minute pay-what-you-can class. Suggested donation is $10, but no payment necessary to attend!

I have been teaching for over 10 years. I have worked at C.A.S.T (Children's Acting Space Tribeca), P.S. 3, and Berkley Carroll in New York City. And in Los Angeles I led classes at Kidville and Au Fudge. I hold a B.A. in Theater and Education Studies from The New School in New York City.
