Childbirth Refresher Course-Wilkes-Barre General Hospital

This two-hour review is designed for women and their support persons who have previously delivered a baby and/or attended childbirth education classes.

This provides an overview of labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques. This class will provide moms with changes in care that may have occurred since they last gave birth.

Recommended for couples planning a VBAC (vaginal birth after Cesarean).
